Question: Is dancing to michael jackson a good talent show act?

I'm trying out for the talent show soon and was wondering if dancing to Michael Jackson is a good act and if the crowd will be into it (from your perspective). (Btw... I'm going to be dancing and lip syncing to Billie Jean.) My friends and people who have seen me practice say I'm really good and really consider me to tryout. But ya.. I just want to know if it would be a good talent show act and from your perspective if it would be cool to do it? Ok, thanks guys! And I've been working on my Billie Jean routine for 9 months now, I know almost all the moves.

Well, if you're good then of course they will be interested. And I think that you should go for it! Just practice a lot and wear a good outfit. Such as: a white shirt, black pants, black shoes, and a black hat. Exactly what he used to wear. You could also mention at the end of your performance, "a tribute to Michael ".

Oh heck yeah it's a crowd pleasure. I just judged a talent show the winner did Michael Jackson. I wish i knew how to put video up on youtube. Let me give you some advice. keep the crowd entertainment, make them get off their feets, make them dance. If you're gonna do my main man do a mix of his songs. Thats what the winner did in the contest i judge. He did a Mega mix. Good luck PS. Someone did Billie Jean in the contest although they were good you need to keep the crowd like how i described above. DO a MEGAMIX im telling ya i judge talent shows all the time. Imma add you as a friend i'll see if theres a way i can get you the video i had someone record it.

Huh? Fernanda's answer? But anyway, yeah I think it would be great. YouTube has some great tutorials on how to do the moonwalk and the spins etc so check them out and practice practice practice! I'm sure you'l have a great chance of winning
